Remember the Jimmy John’s union from the “Minimum Rage” article?  They won their case. A federal administrative law judge has ruled that JJ’s violated the union organizing rights of six employees by firing them last year. The judge ordered that workers be reinstated with back pay. Sometimes, even radical lefty unions prevail.
